About Drop-Offs & How they Function |

Diminar Solutions provides drop-off sites for customer convienence. This
system works as a part of our affiliate program. Affiliates can choose to be
one of our drop-off sites by filling out and signing a legally binding document that
ensures safety of customer's computer. We have specialized techs that
work on your computer. Drop-off sites can not perform work on a customer's
computer unless they have passed a drug test, background check, passed
a test provided by us, and sign the affiliate drop-off agreement sheets. These
techs will undergo training and testing before performing work. Dropping
off your computer is safe, fast, and friendly. All you have to do is sign the
customer drop-off sheet. If it is not a tech site, then we'll dispatch a tech to
the drop-off site in a timely manner and return it to the site for your convienence.
Remember, drop-off sites are usually not techs and can't answer any questions
you may have. However, you can call us, or chat with us for answers; hassle free.
Drop-off sites may be a home or a business so please obey all parking regulations,
non-smoking signs, and if it's a home, KNOCK FIRST.

Our Pick-Up & Delivery Service - P&D |

This service is new and
unique. What better way of getting your PC fixed than getting an agent at
your home or business, disconnecting it and safely bringing it to one of our company
associates to fix it. They'll have the tools they need and you'll have your
home "tech free" and no interuptions in your daily activities. You will only be charged a small fee to
go to your "zone". We can almost guarantee that by using our P&D Service
in the "Yellow Zone" with one or two computer issues would still be cheaper
than the local computer store. Most computer stores charge $50.00
just to open the case plus an hourly fee. This service is great
for: Disabled Persons, Elderly Individuals, Those with busy work schedules, College & School.

About our On-Site Repair |

This is a common way of getting your computer worked on or other services performed.
Diminar Solutions LLC only sends out technicians who have undergone and passed
a drug test and a Background Check that checks for warrants, criminal
history, and sex offenders. All techs must then pass some tests and undergo some training
before they ever walk into your home or business. When one of our technicians gets called
on-site, they will bring the tools needed to do the job. The job could take several hours so
the tech will be around for a while. Everything on-site works like it does in shop. Prices are
the same. If job takes longer than expected you can request that tech takes computer or
other device back with them for further repair and troubleshooting. We really care about what
we do and what we offer. We will be doing our best to fix your problem as soon as we can.
